haha just kidding, Milo WAS happy to hang out with all the ladies! The majority of the group, except for Shana who actually owns horses, never really thought much about horses until this book. A few admitted that they weren't exactly excited to read it but ended up LOVING it. We loved the relationship she had with her horses especially with Lay Me Down. We all agreed that we cried at the end (SPOILER ALERT) when she has to put Lay Me Down, down and then the reaction from Hot Shot. There were also some pretty funny parts. Biggest lesson learned: Horses ARE pets and have personalities. We would recommend it, most definitely, and don't judge a book by the section it's found in. :) (this one can be found in the pets section) Another successful meeting!
